We currently collect and process the following information:

• Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details)
• Membership identification of Bowls governing bodies

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• Administration contact with members of the Club
• Enrolling with Bowls governing bodies requiring individual membership (leagues, societies, etc.)

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

• Membership identification from Bowls governing bodies

We use the information that you have given us in order to contact you about Club matters and enrol you with Bowls governing bodies. We will always ask for your consent before enrolling you with a governing body. We do this on your behalf, we will not be responsible for the data held by these other bodies.

We may share this information with Bowls governing bodies.

1. Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting the Club Secretary.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep your contact details for the duration of your membership with the Club. We will then dispose of your information by removing your details from the list of members.
